Refund Policy

At Carnival Gifting & Events, we provide corporate gifting services exclusively to organisations (“Clients”). Refunds are not applicable to employees or recipients and are processed only with the contracting client.

General Guidelines

  • Refunds are considered case by case, depending on the nature of the order and agreement with the client.
  • Refunds are initiated only upon written request from the client’s authorised representative.
  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events beyond our control.

Refund Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
  • International: Timelines depend on logistics and are communicated on a case-by-case basis.

Mode of Refund

Refunds are credited to the client’s original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
